How do I register?

To register for the lessons, please fill out the registration form. Once you have completed the registration process, a member of the eduMind team will reach out to guide you through the next steps, such as payment and onboarding. The onboarding process typically involves a take-home test to assess your child's abilities. This allows us to tailor our approach, whether it be for group sessions or one-on-one plans, to ensure they can catch up to speed and perform optimally.

How are the lessons delivered?

The lessons are delivered online through Zoom.

How many students are in the group sessions?

Each group lesson has a maximum of 4 students.

Are the classes one-to-one or group?

When you are registering for the lessons you can either sign up for one-to-one or group sessions. The prices for each of the sessions are as follows:

One-to-one: £35 for 1.5 hour session

Group: £20 for 1.5 hour session

What is the duration of each lesson?

The duration of the group session is 1 hour 30 minutes where we allocate 50 minutes for Maths/English and 40 minutes for verbal/non-verbal.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please read this carefully

1. Payment: Tuition fees are required to be paid in monthly instalments.

2. Refund Policy:

   • If you are not satisfied with the first lesson and decide not to continue, we will refund the entire fee for that lesson.

   • If you choose to discontinue lessons after the second, third, fourth etc. session, we will refund the remainder of the fee for the remaining lessons. Please note that an administrative expense of £40 will be deducted for lessons cancelled after the second lesson.

3. Cancellation Policy:

   • No cancellations are accepted, we do give the student a recording of the session for any missed lessons. if the student will miss a lesson please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Missed Lessons: Missed lessons without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

How do I book the tests and assessments?

Currently, you can request a spot by messaging the team on WhatsApp on the test you want to book. There will be an online form coming up soon where you can book the tests directly from the website!

How are the assessments delivered?

The assessments are delivered online through Zoom. The format of the test is different from subject to subject.

What is the duration of the assessments?

The Mock assessment lasts 1 hour for a 50-minute paper. The topic tests last 50 minutes for 40 minute paper.
